Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us Here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as a return. Return shipping costs are not covered by BLURSED.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

Total processing & shipping time is based on both purchase and shipping method combined, more information can be found on this page.
We try our best to ship our orders as quickly as we can! Orders usually ship in weekly or biweekly waves (depending on load), your order will be included on the next wave if it missed the current wave.
Multiple orders for the same customer before order processing has started, will be bundled together - unless otherwise is requested, feel free to contact us if you'd like to packages to be separately shipped.

PURCHASE METHOD

products will ship within 1-2 weeks from order placement.

MADE-TO-ORDER

products will ship as soon as it has been handmade, which is usually within 1-4 weeks from order placement.

PRE-ORDER

products are queued for production and will ship as soon as we have them in stock. It can take as much as 2 months before the item is shipped, but will guarantee your item of choice before it's permanently sold out.
